FEES/PENALTIES

• Security/damage deposit. Php2,000 up or $40 up (depending on length of stay) payable on or before check in.
• Non-automated bookings cleaning fee of Php 1,100/$22 for studio and Php1,300/$26 for 1 bedroom and Php1,500/$30 for 2 bedrooms
• Late check in of Php300 applies after 7 pm.
• Early check in and late checkout fees at apply depending on availability.
• Additional guests: Php500 or $10 per person per visit/night limited to unit capacity. No payment, no entry and no refund.
• Parking: PHP 100 per night based on availability.
• Additional Cleaning fees of Php 2,500 or $50 would be charged if the unit is left disorderly, trashed, messy and far from condition of what the unit was like when the guest arrived.
• Any signs of smoking would be charged at Php2,500 or $50.
• Smells that lingers that need to be aired out:

(a) Heavy cooking and frying strong smelly food like curry spices, fish, squid, shrimp and dried fish is not allowed.

(b) Bodily secretions. Violators would be charged Php 2,500 or $50

• Stained towels replacement $8 or Php400; Stained Bed sheets replacement $30 or Php 1,500.
• Lost keys and damage door locks charge is Php2,000 or $40.

RESPONSIBLE STAY

• Guests are allowed to use the unit but please respect the items and the space as if they were your own.
• Help us conserve electricity and water by turning off appliances, lights and faucets/taps when not in use.
• Please ensure that the unit is reasonably clean and orderly before you leave like when you arrived. Wash your used dishes and put out the trash to avoid attracting pests. We have penalties if you leave the place disorganized and messy.
• The premises is under the 24/7 surveillance CCTV cameras. Nevertheless, guests are responsible for the safety of their belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage.
• Close the doors behind you for safety and to prevent mosquitoes from coming in.
• It is not advisable to drink tap water everywhere in the country.
• Request for hairdryer, iron and extra blanket if you need them.
• Please advice if you need anything or you have any concerns.

TRANSPORTATION

For door to door pick up and easy access anywhere, download Grab app (similar to Uber). If it rains, you are likely to encounter flooding. It is more advisable to choose for an SUV pick up. You can take public transportation by jeepney, bus or taxi. Take only official, metered or pre-booked taxis. Do not accept rides from people that approach you in the airport terminal. Call the driver if the app shows that the driver is stalled. The gps system in the Manila is not perfect.

Your best bet is to tell the driver that you are going close to Buendia and Dian, Palanan side. From the side of Mercury Drug Pharmacy (corner of Gil Puyat and Dian) he can see the addresses going up. Buses and jeepneys can be hailed at Gil Puyat Avenue, also known as Buendia Ave. which is 2 and ½ blocks away (3 minutes walk).

TRAFFIC:

Like in any metropolitan area, you would expect traffic. Depending on where you are going, prepare to add additional 30 minutes for worst case scenario if you are to go to nearby locations. If you are going to Quezon City, Alabang, and other far destinations, expect to be on the road for an hour and a half or more. The best time to travel is when workers are already at work and before they leave work during the weekdays. Do not be surprised if there is traffic on weekends when there is no color coding and all the cars are out; and in the evenings. The call centers are open 24 hours a day. And, from September till December, it is time for busy holiday shopping season. In the Philippines, patience is a virtue.

(b) Please provide estimated time of arrival and departure. Early check in and late check out fee varies. We cannot guarantee an early check in, unless there will be an available room or if there will be an early check out on the same room that you booked. Additional charge per hour applies for both early check in (before 2 pm) and late check in (after 7 pm) is at Php300. Please advice the night prior if you are checking out early before 11 am. Charges apply for late check out after 11 am.
